# How to Connect OANDA to Your Trading Journal

Link OANDA with an API token and track balance, daily P&L, and win/loss stats in TradeLogger.

## High-level steps

1. Generate an API token in your OANDA account (practice or live as appropriate).
2. Connect the token in TradeLogger settings.
3. Sync accounts and review balance, daily P&L, and trade stats in your journal.

OANDA sync is optional—many traders also journal from screenshots. Use whichever workflow you will stick with after a losing day.
